2.1 最低工資 (Minimum Wage)

2.2 工資支付 (Wage Payment)

- Must be paid in Hungarian Forint (HUF) unless otherwise agreed for foreign assignment
- Payment by bank transfer (default) or cash

2.5 工資保護 (Wage Protection)
🟢 — In employer insolvency, employees' wage claims are prioritized creditors. The Hungarian Insolvency Wage Guarantee Fund (Bérgarancia Alap) covers outstanding wages up to a statutory limit.
🟢 — Mt. §164: Employer's obligation to pay wages is non-waivable. Any contractual provision reducing wages below the minimum is void.
